Elio Review

Is there life beyond Earth? Journey to the cinema to find out in Pixar's latest and first Sci-Fi adventure: Elio. Elio is a young boy, who having recently lost his parents goes to live with his aunt. Unable to find a place to belong in his new life, Elio looks to space to find his place. Pixar is known for it's touching animated features and shorts, which often tackle complex emotions. Their films are aimed at viewers of all ages, which tends to result in life-long fans. We have seen Pixar bring to life; toys, cars, bugs and fish, now they've turned their unique creative powers to aliens, in a refreshingly original feature: Elio. Christmas Movie List

Hi!! Christmas is my favourite time of year, I love the awful jumpers, baking cookies, snuggling in the warm with hot chocolate, but most of all I love the movies. I would watch Christmas films all year around if I could (I may have watched Christmas films on occasions after nights out back when I was at university... but shhhh don't tell). With December less than a week away I decided to make a Christmas Movie Watchlist. The list is made up of 24 films for 24 days - it's sort of like a Christmas advent calendar but with films! Brilliant right? I haven't numbered the films that way you can watch them in whatever order you like. The list is made up of my favourites, some have been favourites since I was a child, some are films that have come out this year, but I love them all.

The watchlist is below, print it, share it, post it on social media (tag Just Another Film Blog in your posts) and make sure to watch along with me! I will be posting on Instagram throughout December so make sure you follow to keep up to date.

Let me know what Christmas films you love, I cannot wait to see how many everyone manages to cross of during December.
